- The DuPont Heavy Duty System O-ring is required in all universal housings and should be checked each time the cartridge is replaced. It is recommended to change the o-ring each year. It eliminates leaking at the housing head. Make sure to also ensure the o-ring is properly lubricated to reduce the chance for leaks.
